Refunds, Returns, and No Hard Feelings.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to products and services offered by MINDVIBZ, LLC d/b/a RevBuilders AI (“RevBuilders AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1) Revenue AI Accelerator™ Masterclass

The Revenue AI Accelerator™ Masterclass includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

• Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin (at) revbuildersai. com within the 30-day period.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund is issued:

• Access to the Masterclass, portal, and all related materials will be revoked.

• Certifications, downloads, and community access associated with the refunded purchase will no longer be available.

After the 30-day period, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law.

2) RevAI SDR Agent Team Services

The RevAI SDR Agent Team requires a minimum 90-day commitment at sign-up.

• Customers are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the service start date.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin (at) revbuildersai. com within the first 30 days.

If a refund is approved within the first 30 days:

• Fees paid for the RevAI SDR Agent Team will be refunded.

• Services will be terminated upon refund.

After the initial 30-day guarantee period:

• No refunds will be issued, and

• The Customer remains responsible for fees due for the remainder of the minimum 90-day term.

3) Subscription renewals and cancellations

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Customers may cancel future renewals through their account settings or by contacting admin (at) revbuildersai. com.

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund fees already paid, except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.

4) Non-refundable items

Except as expressly stated above or required by applicable law:

• Fees are non-refundable and non-creditable

• Refunds do not apply to partial billing periods, unused services, or add-ons already delivered

• Digital products and digital downloads (including templates, playbooks, toolkits, guides, worksheets, recordings, and other downloadable or on-demand materials) are non-refundable once access is provided or the content is made available, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing

• Promotional, discounted, bundled, or custom-priced offerings may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

5) Abuse, fraud, and violations

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that:

• the request involves abuse of the refund policy,

• there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Services, or

• the Customer has materially violated our Terms & Conditions.

6) How to request a refund or cancellation

7) Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law.
